The frame also includes 3/4″ threaded axles welded to the frame, a lifting bar, and 13″ pneumatic wheels attached with lock nuts for simple maneuverability. It’s equipped with a powerful 14 HP Kohler engine, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. The commercial duty triplex plunger pump, with its oil bath crankcase, stainless steel valves, and brass manifold, guarantees exceptional cleaning power. The burners are 120 Volt, oil fired, and come with an adjustable thermostat and on/off switch for precise regulate. The heating coil, made of schedule 80 pipe without a seam welds, is elliptically wound and stretched, and structurally braced to scale back vibration and pipe wear. It’s sealed with a ceramic blanket and housed in stainless steel for maximum durability. This versatile unit is corded and can be utilized for a variety of cleaning needs, from oil field applications to day-to-day construction and farm use.
